- Almond flour
- Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- Butter unsalted
- Large eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Almond extract
- Heavy whipping cream
For the cream cheese filling:
- Cream cheese softened
- Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- Vanilla extract
- Large egg
- Fresh raspberries: You can also swap the raspberries for blueberries or strawberries if you want a variety.
For the topping:
- Sliced almonds
How to make cream cheese coffee cake
There are very few directions needed to bake this yummy keto cream cheese coffee cake. Let’s take a peek at the easy steps, and you will be so glad you did!
1. Warm up the oven to 325 degrees.
