Method
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cake batter, and beat on high until smooth.
- Reserve ⅓ of the batter to the side, and place the rest in an even layer in the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish that has been well greased.
- Mix the ingredients for the cream cheese filling on high until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle the raspberries over the cake batter in the baking dish.
- Add a layer of the cream cheese filling to the top of the batter and raspberries.
