1 lb. Chicken Breasts (Boneless/Skinless)
1 Yellow Onion (Diced)
1 can (14.5 oz) Pinto Beans (Rinsed And Drained)
1 can (14.5 oz) Black Beans (Rinsed And Drained)
1 can (14.5 oz) Sweet Corn (Drained)
1 ½ cans (Each 14.5 oz) Rotel –Diced Tomatoes And Green Chiles
2 cup Chicken Broth
1 (25 oz) Taco Seasoning

Step 1. Add the chicken breast, onion, chicken broth, RoTel, pinto beans, black beans, corn and taco seasoning into a crockpot.
Step 2. Place the lid on the crockpot. Cook on low for four hours.
Step 3. After cooking for four hours, take the chicken breast out of the crockpot. Put the chicken breast in a bowl. With two forks shred the chicken.
Step 4. Put the shredded chicken back in the crockpot.
Step 5. Serve in bowls. Enjoy.
