Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Chicken Breasts Boneless/Skinless
  • 1 Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 can 14.5 oz Pinto Beans (Rinsed And Drained)
  • 1 can 14.5 oz Black Beans (Rinsed And Drained)
  • 1 can 14.5 oz Sweet Corn (Drained)
  • 1 ½ cans Each 14.5 oz Rotel –Diced Tomatoes And Green Chiles
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 25 oz Taco Seasoning

Method
 

  1. Add the chicken breast, onion, chicken broth, RoTel, pinto beans, black beans, corn and taco seasoning into a crockpot.
  2. Place the lid on the crockpot. Cook on low for four hours.
  3. After cooking for four hours, take the chicken breast out of the crockpot. Put the chicken breast in a bowl. With two forks shred the chicken.
  4. Put the shredded chicken back in the crockpot.
  5. Serve in bowls.
  6. Enjoy.
