- Stuffed Lobster Tail
- Lump blue crab meat
- Mini shrimp
- Mayonnaise
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Bread crumbs
- Egg white
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Lobster tails
- Unsalted butter
- Lemon wedges
How to make Stuffed Lobster Tail
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Add mayonnaise and Old Bay seasoning to a bowl. Whisk to combine.
Add the crab meat and mini shrimp to the bowl.
Use a fork to gently mix the crab, shrimp, and sauce together.
Set aside.
Split the lobster tail down the middle.
Carefully pull the meat out.
Lay the tail meat back on top of the shells.
Place both on the baking pan.
Divide the stuffing in half.
Place half of the stuffing on top of each of the lobster tails.
Shape the stuffing and press it onto the lobster meat.
Brush melted butter over the stuffing.
