Stuffed Lobster Tail

The first time I ever had a stuffed lobster tail was at my aunt’s house. She made it from scratch, and it was delicious! I was so impressed that I decided to try making it myself.

It turns out that stuffing a lobster tail is not as hard as it seems. The key is to make sure the lobster is cooked through before stuffing it. I like to use a mix of bread crumbs, herbs, and Parmesan cheese for the stuffing.

Once the lobster is stuffed, I like to bake it in the oven until the bread crumbs are golden brown. It always comes out looking and tasting amazing!
