Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Yellow onion
  • Green bell pepper
  • Red bell pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Beef broth
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Mozzarella
  • Burger buns

How to make Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

Using a large skillet over medium to high heat, brown your ground beef

Once your meat has been browned and no pink shows, drain the grease from the pan and mix in your peppers, onions, and garlic

Cook the mixture over medium to high heat until the peppers and onions are soft

Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, beef broth, salt, and pepper, and bring the mixture to a boil

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes

Spoon mixture onto the bottom buns and top with a slice of cheese

  • 3 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 ⁄4 C worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1 ⁄2 C beef broth
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 6-8 slices of mozzarella
  • 6-8 burger buns
