How to make Stovetop Stuffing Meatloaf:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, water, and ¼ cup of ketchup.
Knead with your hands until well combined.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape in the center of a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
Spread the remaining ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 55 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Can You Make It Ahead?
You can, but like most hot dishes it’s best served nice and hot from the oven. If you do have to reheat it though, it shouldn’t dry out.
Storage Instructions:
Leftover meatloaf will keep for a few days in the refrigerator in a covered container. You can also freeze it in slices if you wrap each one well in cling wrap and then put it in a Ziploc freezer bag to prevent freezer burn.
