Stovetop Stuffing Meatloaf

Meatloaf is an easy dish to make and this stovetop stuffing meatloaf is even easier! Adding stuffing mix is a genius touch because it adds all the incredible flavor you want.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz. Box of Stove Top Stuffing
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 lbs. Ground beef
  • ½ C. Water
  • ½ C. Ketchup divided

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, water and ¼ cup of the ketchup. Knead with your hands until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf shape in the center of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Spread the remaining ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 55 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
