Then, slice it into 8 equal slices without unrolling it.
Step 4. Place the slices on a lightly floured surface.
Step 5. Use your thumb to hollow out a walled indentation in the center of each pastry.
Step 6. Add a bit of the cheesecake filling to the center of each pastry.
Then, top with a bit of the cherry pie filling.
Step 7. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Step 8. Let cool.
Step 9. Mix together the glaze ingredients, and drizzle over the pastries before serving.
