Miniature Cherry Cheese Danish

Ingredients
  

Pastry:

  • 1 Can Crescent roll dough
  • Flour for dusting

Filling:

  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 Can cherry pie filling
  • C. Sugar

Glaze: 

  • 3 tsp. Milk
  • C. Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Remove the crescent roll dough from the tube, and slice it into 8 equal slices without unrolling it.
  • Place the slices on a lightly floured surface.
  • Use your thumb to hollow out a walled indentation in the center of each pastry.
  • Add a bit of the cheesecake filling to the center of each pastry, and top with a bit of the cherry pie filling.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Mix together the glaze ingredients, and drizzle over the pastries before serving.
