Method
- Using a large skillet over medium to high heat, brown your ground beef
- Once your meat has been browned and no pink shows, drain the grease from the pan and mix in your peppers, onions and garlic
- Cook the mixture over medium to high heat until the peppers and onions are soft
- Mix in the worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, beef broth, salt and pepper and bring the mixture to a boil
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
- Spoon mixture onto the bottom buns and top with a slice of cheese
- Enjoy
