- Onion
- Baby Carrots
- Celery Ribs
- Mushrooms
- Russet potatoes

- Flour
- Tomato paste
- Marsala wine
- Beef Stock

In a large dutch oven add the olive oil over medium heat.
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Add the steak to the dutch oven and cook over medium heat until browned on all sides.
Add the onion, celery, and carrots and cook until tender.
Add the garlic, and potatoes and toss to combine, continue to cook over medium heat. Make sure to continue to stir the ingredients to avoid burning.
Add the flour, and tomato paste over the steak mixture and toss to combine.
Add the marsala wine, beef stock, bay leaves, and other spices.
