Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Sirloin Steak sliced into chunks
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots
  • 3 Celery Ribs sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 3 Russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 3 tbsp. Flour
  • 1 ⁄4 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 ⁄2 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 1 ⁄2 cups Beef Stock
  • 3-4 Bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp. Ancho chili spice
  • 1 tbsp. Smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Cajun Spice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large dutch oven add the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • Add the steak to the dutch oven and cook over medium heat until browned on all sides. Add the onion, celery, and carrots and cook until tender.
  • Add the garlic, and potatoes and toss to combine, continue to cook over medium heat. Make sure to continue to stir the ingredients to avoid burning.
  • Add the flour, and tomato paste over the steak mixture and toss to combine.
  • Add the marsala wine, beef stock, bay leaves, and other spices.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Bring the stew to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium and cook for 1 hour. Enjoy!
