Ingredients:
- Salt
- Cream cheese softened
- Pepper
- Butter softened
- Milk
- Shredded turkey
- Onion chopped finely
- Puff pastry thawed
How to make Turkey Pockets:
Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2. In a bowl, add together the cream cheese, milk, turkey, onion, butter, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Step 3. Lay the sheets of puff pastry onto a piece of parchment paper or a lightly floured surface, and use a rolling pin to roll them into roughly 11×11 inch squares.
Step 4. Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 4 equal-sized squares.
Step 5. Place an even amount of filling into the center of each square of puff pastry.
Step 6. Brush the edges of each puff pastry square with some water, and fold one corner of each square over to the other to form triangles.
Step 7. Crimp the edges of each turkey pocket closed with the tines of a fork.
Step 8. Place the turkey pockets onto the baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

- 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Butter softened
- 1 Tbsp. Milk
- 2 C. Shredded turkey
- 1 Tbsp. Onion chopped finely
- 2 Sheets of puff pastry thawed
Instructions

How to store
Store cooled turkey pockets in the refrigerator. Keep them in an airtight container, and they will last for 2–3 days. Reheat before serving by microwaving or air frying until hot.
Can you freeze
Yep, place them in a freezer bag, and they will last up to 3 months. Either microwave them for 1-2 minutes or until they are hot all the way through. You can also air fry them at 350 degrees for 5–6 minutes, or until they are hot.
Other Hot Pocket-Filling Ideas
You can fill the hot pockets with all sorts of goodies! You can swap the turkey for ham or ground beef. It’s also fine to add mashed potatoes or some cranberry sauce. Feel free to play with the filling ingredients and use what you like.
How long are homemade hot pockets good for?
They will last 4-5 days in the fridge if stored in a sealed, airtight container. They also last 1-2 months in the freezer.
