How to Store Leftover Sloppy Joes:
Do not add the sloppy joe mixture to the garlic bread before storing. It’s best to leave it unassembled. Place it in the fridge in an airtight container, and it will last up to 4 days.
Additionally, you can freeze leftovers for up to 3 months in a sealed container. It’s best to thaw it first before you reheat it.

How to Reheat:
Place the sloppy joe mixture in a skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Stir frequently and serve when it’s hot all the way through.
You can also microwave it for 2–3 minutes or until it’s hot. Stir it every minute or so. It’s also a good idea to cover it with a paper towel to prevent splatters.

Make-ahead:
Prepare the sloppy joe mixture ahead of time and store it in the fridge until you are ready to reheat and assemble the open-faced sloppy joes.
