How to store

Store cooled turkey pockets in the refrigerator. Keep them in an airtight container, and they will last for 2–3 days. Reheat before serving by microwaving or air frying until hot.

Can you freeze

Yep, place them in a freezer bag, and they will last up to 3 months. Either microwave them for 1-2 minutes or until they are hot all the way through. You can also air fry them at 350 degrees for 5–6 minutes, or until they are hot.

Other Hot Pocket-Filling Ideas

You can fill the hot pockets with all sorts of goodies! You can swap the turkey for ham or ground beef. It’s also fine to add mashed potatoes or some cranberry sauce. Feel free to play with the filling ingredients and use what you like.

How long are homemade hot pockets good for?

They will last 4-5 days in the fridge if stored in a sealed, airtight container. They also last 1-2 months in the freezer.

Microwave covered with a paper towel for 1–2 minutes or until the centers are hot.

Do I have to use Cresent Roll dough?

No, you can actually use different kinds of bread dough. You can use regular bread dough, puff pastry dough, or even thawed frozen pie crust. All of them make great options for the breading.
