This Taco Soup recipe is one of our favorites, and we want you to try it.
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 4 hours | Total Time: 4 hours, 10 minutes | Makes: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb. Boneless And Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Yellow Onion
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 can Corn
1 can Tomatoes (Diced)
1 can Green Chiles (Diced)
2 cup Chicken Broth
1 Taco Seasoning
Directions:
Step 1. Dice the onion.
Step 2. Drain and rinse the can of pinto beans, black beans, and corn.
Step 3. Add the chicken breast, onion, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, diced green chiles, pinto beans, black beans, corn and taco seasoning into a crockpot.
Step 4. Stir well. Place the lid on the crockpot. Cook on low for four hours.
Step 5. After cooking for four hours, remove the chicken from the crockpot.
Step 6. Use two forks to shred the chicken. Add the shredded chicken back in the crockpot.
Step 7. Stir to mix.
Step 8. Scoop into bowls for serving.
