Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Boneless And Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Tomatoes Diced
  • 1 can Green Chiles Diced
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Taco Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Dice the onion.
  • Drain and rinse the can of pinto beans, black beans, and corn.
  • Add the chicken breast, onion, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, diced green chiles, pinto beans, black beans, corn and taco seasoning into a crockpot.
  • Stir well. Place the lid on the crockpot. Cook on low for four hours.
  • After cooking for four hours, remove the chicken from the crockpot.
  • Use two forks to shred the chicken. Add the shredded chicken back in the crockpot.
  • Stir to mix.
  • Scoop into bowls for serving.
  • Enjoy!
