What you need to make this Skinny Chicken Stir Fry:
Stir Fry:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb, Chicken Tenders (Dice)
2 cup Green Onions (Chop)
2 cup Broccoli Florets
2 cup Zucchini (Chop)
1 cup Red Bell Pepper (Slice)
1 cup Orange Bell Pepper (Slice)
1 cup Green Bell Pepper (Slice)
2 tbsp Water
Sauce:
2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
2 Pinches Of Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp Rice Vinegar
4 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
½ cup Soy Sauce (Reduced Sodium)
How to make this Skinny Chicken Stir Fry:
Step 1. Prep a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Step 3. Add the diced chicken. Stir until the chicken is lightly goldened.
Step 4. Put the cooked chicken on a plate. Add the olive oil.
Step 5. When the oil gets hot add the onions, broccoli, zucchini, the pepper, and the water.
Step 6. Saute’ until the broccoli is soft.
Step 7. While the broccoli is cooking, make the sauce, Add soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar and red pepper flakes.
Step 8. Whisk to combine the sauce ingredients together.
Step 9. Add the chicken and sauce into the skillet.
Step 10. Continue to stir for two minutes or until everything is heated.
Step 11. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
Step 12. Serve.
