1 C. Water
1 C. Ketchup
6 oz. Can of tomato paste
¾ C. Brown sugar
½ C. White distilled vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Salt

Instructions:
Place the short ribs into the slow cooker with the bones facing down.
In a bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.

Pour the mixture over the ribs.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove the rubs and shred the meat. Discard the bones and return the shredded meat to the slow cooker. Toss in the sauce and serve.
