Sheet Pan Pork Chops with Multi Colored Potatoes

Sheet Pan Pork Chops with Multi Colored Potatoes

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 20-25 minutes | Servings: 4

Sheet Pan Pork Chops with Multi Colored Potatoes

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp. Olive oil (Divided)

4 Boneless pork (Chops)

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper

3 tsp. Garlic (Minced)

½ tsp. Cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

2 lbs. Multi Colored potatoes cut into halves

1 Red onion cut into large chunks

½ tsp. Paprika

½ tsp. Rosemary

Instructions:

Step 1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2. In a mixing bowl, toss the pork chops with 1 tbsp of the olive oil, the cayenne pepper, cumin, worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Place the pork in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Step 3. Add the potatoes and onion to a large mixing bowl and toss with the remaining olive oil, rosemary, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4. Spread the potatoes and onion next to the pork on the baking sheet.

Step 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the meat is cooked through.
