How to make Sausage Hashbrown Bites:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Blend together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Form the mixture into evenly sized balls, and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool before serving.

Can You Make Them Ahead?
You can make them ahead and then just warm up however many you want to eat.
Keep these refrigerated in an airtight container and eat within 4 days.
Variations and Substitutions:
Tater tots are very similar to hash browns and could be used in their place or you could even try cooked bacon instead of sausage. For a vegetarian version, ingredients like mushrooms would be good in these. As for the cooking, you can do them in an air fryer or even in a deep fryer if you prefer.
