How to make Slow Cooker Beef and Potato Gratin:
Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute until completely browned. Drain the excess grease.

Layer half of the potatoes in a slow cooker.

Sprinkle half of the thyme, garlic, onions and salt and pepper to taste on top.
Spread half of the meat and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.


Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

Add the Worcestershire sauce and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Cook for 4 hours on high.
