Package (14 oz)
Smoked Sausage (Sliced)
5 Yukon Potatoes (Sliced)
Green Bell Peppers (Sliced)
1 Red Bell Peppers (Sliced)
½ Vidalia Onion (Sliced)
1 tbsp Cajun Spices
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil Black Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line the baking dish with foil.
Step 2. Spray the foil with nonstick baking spray.
Step 3. Toss potatoes, onions and vegetables on the baking pan. Drizzle the vegetables with one tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 4. Bake the potatoes and vegetables at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of the oven to add the sausage.
Step 5. Drizzle the other one tablespoon of olive oil over everything on the baking pan. Step 6. Sprinkle the cajun spices, oregano, basil, and black pepper.
Step 7. Return to the oven and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 10-20 minutes. Serve.
