So today we have a winner!! One-Skillet Chicken topped with A Lemon garlic Cream Sauce – Ready in just 30 minutes!!
Personally, I prefer using thin chicken breasts, but to make this recipe you can use boneless chicken thighs too!
This one-skillet chicken recipe is my go-to journey dinner of the week decade.
So now enough with talking? Are you on your way to the kitchen, cuz ya should be!
Ingredients:
Boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets
Olive oil
Bone broth
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice to taste
Mince garlic
Shallot
Italian seasoning
Heavy whipping cream
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
How to make One Skillet Chicken in Lemon Cream Sauce:
Step 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2. Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper to taste, and place it into the large skillet. Cook evenly on both sides until cooked completely through and browned.
Step 3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4. Add the shallot to the man and saute for a few minutes.
Step 5. Squeeze lemon juice to taste to the skillet and add the minced garlic. Saute for about 30 seconds longer.

Step 6. Pour the bone broth, heavy whipping cream and Italian seasoning into the skillet and cook until the mixture has thickened slightly.

Step 7. Add the chicken to the skillet again, and spoon the sauce mixture over the top of it.
Step 8. Top with chopped parsley for garnish.

- 1 C. Bone broth

- 1 Diced shallot
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ⅓ C. Heavy whipping cream
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper to taste, and place it into the large skillet. Cook evenly on both sides until cooked completely through and browned.
