For the patties:
2 tbsp.Olive Oil
1 lb. Beef (Ground)
½ Onion (Chopped)
1 Large Egg
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
½ cup Bacon (Chopped)
1 cup Flour
¼ cup Breadcrumbs
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Gravy:
1 Packet Brown Gravy Mix
1 Onion (Chopped)
2 cup Mushrooms (Sliced)
1 cup Water
¼ cup Flour
½ tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt And Pepper To Taste

Instructions:
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, knead together the ground beef, egg, ½ chopped onion, garlic powder, bacon, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.

Step 2. Form the meat mixture into four patties and dip into the flour. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3. Brown the patties well on both sides. Remove the patties and set them aside.
Step 4. Add the onions to the skillet and reduce the heat to medium. Sautee until softened.
Step 5. Whisk together the water and ¼ cup flour in a bowl, and pour into the skillet.
Step 6. Mix in the gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7. Add the mushrooms and patties into the skillet. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
