1 ½ cups. Flour
2 tbsp. Butter
2 Russet Potatoes
2 Large Eggs
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Pinch Of Nutmeg
Instructions:
Step 1. Peel the potatoes, and boil them until tender.
Step 2. Drain, and mash with the butter.
Step 3. Add salt and pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix in the flour and eggs.

Step 5. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
