This cheeseburger skillet is seriously one of the easiest meals ever.
It’s filling and flavorful.
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. Ground beef
½ C. Crumbled bacon pieces
½ Medium onion chopped
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. Sugar free ketchup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. Minced garlic
3 oz. Cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Large eggs
⅓ C. Heavy whipping cream
1 ½ C. Cheddar cheese shredded
How to make easy Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook the onions and ground beef until the beef is fully browned and the onions are just starting to soften.
Step 3. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 4. Add in the ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, dill, minced garlic, cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine until the cream cheese is melted.

Step 5. Place the meat mixture in an even layer in a 9×13 baking dish and top with the crumbled bacon pieces.
Step 6. In a bowl whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream. Pour the mixture over the meat in the baking dish.
Step 7. Top the casserole mixture with the shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through and browned and bubbling.
Step 9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
