1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
25 oz. Canned Chicken Breast (Drained Well)
⅛ tsp Thyme (Dried)
¼ cup Breadcrumbs
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Large Egg
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
Salt And Pepper To Taste

Instructions:
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, knead together the dijon, canned chicken, thyme, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, egg and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2. Form the chicken mixture into 6 patties.
Step 3. Place a layer of oil in a skillet, and heat it over medium high heat.
Step 4. Add the patties to the heated skillet, and fry evenly until completely cooked and crispy.
