Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
3 teaspoons chicken bouillon with 3 cups of water (alternatively, 3 cups chicken broth)
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes with peppers
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Step 1. Melt butter on the stovetop in a dutch oven over medium heat.
Step 2. Add in chicken bouillon and stir in water.
Step 3. Add in next 6 ingredients.
Step 4. Simmer for 30-40 minutes, and then add in heavy cream and cheese, stirring until heated.
Add the cheese.
