Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
2 tbsp. Skim Milk
⅓ cup. Parmesan Cheese Grated
⅓ cup. Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 Large Egg
2 tsp. Garlic (Minced)
1 ½ lb. Lean Ground Turkey
Salt And Pepper To Taste
For the sauce:
28 Oz. Can Tomatoes (Crushed)
2 tsp. Garlic (Minced)
Salt And Pepper To Taste
1 ½ cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
Fresh Parsley For Garnish (Chopped)
Instructions:
Step 1. Place all of the ingredients for the meatballs in a mixing bowl.

Step 2. Knead with your hands until mixed well. Form the mixture into 18 evenly sized meatballs.
Step 3. Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium low heat for 5-6 minutes each side.
Step 4. Mix in the garlic and saute another minute.
Step 5. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, cover and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through.
Step 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
Step 7. Remove from the heat and allow the cheese to melt before serving garnished with parsley.
