Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20-25 minutes | Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Packet Of Taco Seasoning
1 ½ cup. Salsa
⅓ cup. Water
2 cup. Taco Blend Cheese (Shredded)
8 Oz. Rotini Pasta
Instructions:
Step 1. Brown the ground beef completely in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain the excess grease.
Step 2. While the meat is cooking, boil the noodles until tender, and then drain.
Step 3. Add the water and taco seasoning to the ground beef, and saute for several minutes.
Step 4. Mix the pasta, salsa and 1 ½ cups of the cheese in with the meat mixture until well combined.
Step 5. Add the remaining cheese to the top of the skillet ingredients and serve.
