What you need to make this BLT Bites:

6-8 Pieces Bacon (Cooked)

8 Pieces Very Thin White Bread

8 Campari Tomatoes

Lettuce

Mayonnaise

Toothpicks

How to make this BLT Bites:

Step 1. Cook the bacon and cut each piece into 4 small pieces.

Step 2. Cut the tomatoes into 4 slices and cut the lettuce into small pieces.

Step 3. Cut the crust off all the pieces of bread. Cut each piece into 4 equal squares.

Step 4. Lay out 16 squares of bread and set a piece of lettuce on them followed by a tomato slice and piece of bacon.

Step 5. Repeat the layers by adding another square of bread, a piece of lettuce, a tomato slice, and finally a piece of bacon on top.

Step 6. Push a toothpick through each BLT stack making sure all the layers are securely on the toothpicks.

Step 7. Put some mayonnaise into a small plastic bag and snip a corner off. Drizzle the mayo over the tops of all the BLT bites.
