Watermelon Caprese Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cucumber (Diced)

3 cups watermelon (Cubed)

1 cup fresh mozzarella mini balls

1 cup sliced red onion

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup fresh bail (Sliced)

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, watermelon, onions, and cheese.

Step 2. Drizzle the olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, over and toss gently. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3. Add your fresh basil when ready to serve. ENJOY!
