Ingredients:
12 Large Eggs
½ cup 2 % Milk
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 (32 oz) Bag Of Frozen Tater Tots
2 cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
6 Thick-Cut Bacon Slices (Fried And Crumbled)
Directions:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2. Add eggs, cheese, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
Set aside.
Step 3. Put tater tots in an event layer on the bottom of the prepared baking dish, Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
Step 4. Make sure that the tater tots are fully covered with the egg mixture. Top the entire baking dish with Cheddar cheese.
Step 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. The cheddar cheese will be a golden brown. Set aside for 10 minute to slightly cool.
Garnish:
Step 1. With crumbled bacon and chopped fresh parsley. Serve.
