What dipping sauces do you recommend?
Usually, we recommend either a homemade or premade tartar sauce. This sauce has a sweet, savory, and tangy flavor with a creaminess that complements the fried seafood perfectly. If you are on the east coast, then you probably add an old bay or something similar to everything. You can sprinkle some of this seasoning on top of your patties or dip your pieces and experience a puckering flavor. Another sauce people use is apple cider vinegar for a tangy flavor or cocktail sauce. You can use any sauces you want but those are typically the dipping sauces used for fried seafood.
