Serve these gorgeous individual S’mores Cheesecake Parfaits! They take under 30 minutes to prepare and have a beautiful presentation with a bold flavor.
Makes 4 Parfaits
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups graham crackers, crushed
Whipped cream for topping
Extra chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers for topping
Directions:
Step 1: In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla.
Step 2: Chill the cheesecake mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or so to set.
Step 3: Take your crushed graham crackers and divide evenly between the parfait glasses.
Step 4: Add ¼ – ½ cup of the cream cheese mixture and flatten it into a layer.
Step 5: Layer on ¼ cup chocolate chips and ¼ cup mini marshmallows.
Step 6: Repeat the cheesecake layer, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
Step 7: Top with whipped cream and garnish with extra chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Step 8: Serve immediately.
