S'mores Cheesecake Parfaits

When hosting a party, the last thing you want to worry about is spending your entire time in the kitchen. Serve these individual S'mores Cheesecake Parfaits with a smooth and creamy flavor made from ingredients you probably already have in your cabinet. Smooth cheesecake flavor combined with crunchy graham cracker and bits of sweet chocolate chips.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups graham crackers crushed
Whipped cream for topping:
  • Extra chocolate chips marshmallows and graham crackers for topping

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla.
  2. Chill the cheesecake mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or so to set.
  3. Take your crushed graham crackers and divide evenly between the parfait glasses.
  4. Add ¼ - ½ cup of the cream cheese mixture and flatten it into a layer.
  5. Layer on ¼ cup chocolate chips and ¼ cup mini marshmallows.
  6. Repeat the cheesecake layer, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
  7. Top with whipped cream and garnish with extra chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  8. Serve immediately.
