You won’t believe how delicious and quick this Easy Pesto Spinach Artichoke Chicken Bake is!
If you are not into super delicious recipes that are ridiculously easy to make, then definitely DO NOT make this!

Ingredients:
Large Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Pesto sauce
Raw spinach
Small tomatoes chopped
Marinated artichoke hearts
Parmesan cheese grated
Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste if desired
How to make Pesto Spinach Artichoke Chicken Bake:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to form four servings of chicken.
Step 3. Place the chicken in a single layer in the bottom of a baking dish. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
Step 4. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the chicken pieces.
Step 5. Top the chicken with the spinach, marinated artichoke hearts, and tomatoes.

Step 6. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the casserole.
Step 7. Top the mixture with the mozzarella cheese.
Step 8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
