1 Loaf frozen bread dough defrosted
½ lb. Deli sliced pepperoni
2 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Butter unsalted and melted
A bit of flour for rolling out the dough

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Lay a bit of flour out on a clean dry surface.
Roll the defrosted dough out into a rectangular or oval shape about ¼ of an inch thick.
Layer the mozzarella along the top of the dough.
Place a layer of pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

Starting at one end, roll the dough into a log with the cheese and pepperoni on the inside

Place the bread onto a parchment or silicone mat lined baking sheet, and brush with the melted butter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and browned on top. Slice and serve.
