Step 2. Spread relish, mustard, and mayonnaise to the inside of the hot dog buns.

Step 3. Place the hot dogs in the buns.

Fit them all into a 9×13 baking dish.

Step 4. Top with the onion, cheese, and chili.

Step 5. Cover with tin foil, and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 6. Remove the foil and serve.
