Ingredients:
1 lb 95% Lean Beef (Ground)
1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Kosher Salt
3 cup Chicken Broth
1 (15 Oz) Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 (8 Oz) Package Of Elbow Macaroni
1 ½ cup Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
2 Thinly Scallions (Sliced)
Directions:
Step 1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2. Add ground beef to the prepared skillet on medium.
Step 3. Cook the ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Use a potato masher to break up the ground beef.
Step 4. Stir in garlic powder and smoked paprika and cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 5. Add the broth,tomatoes, macaroni, and salt. Stir. Bring to a simmer.
Step 6. Continue to cook for 15 minute. Stir often. The macaroni will be tender and the sauce will thicken.
Step 7. Remove the skillet from the stove. Stir in the shredded cheese until mixed.
Step 8. Divide in six servings.
