1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1- 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 14.5 ounces cans of diced tomatoes, not drained (use fire-roasted if you prefer)
1 pound elbow macaroni
Let’s make Old Fashioned Goulash
Bring a pot of water to a boil and prepare macaroni as directed on the label. (Watch your timer, do not overcook, usually 7 minutes, and drain.)
Heat a large frypan on medium, add olive oil and ground beef, breaking it up into smaller pieces as it cooks, 2-3 minutes (some pieces should still be pink.) drain off the grease.
