This blog post is about the homemade Mom’s Fudge she makes. It’s a recipe that has been passed down for generations and it’s one of my favorites. Fudge is a type of candy that is made from sugar, milk, butter, and chocolate. It is usually made in a saucepan on the stove and stirred until it becomes thick and creamy.

We will discuss some of the ingredients and how they are used in making fudge. It will also discuss the process of making fudge from start to finish as well as give some tips on how to make good quality fudge.

The fudge is made with simple ingredients that pack a punch of chocolate that melts in your mouth with each bite. It’s also great for kids because it’s so easy to make! They will love being included in this baking project and the memory will stay with them forever.

Mom’s Fudge is a simple, delicious dessert that can be made in just a few minutes with only six ingredients.

If you’re looking for a delicious dessert to make this holiday season or want to give your kids an easy project, look no further than this Mom’s Fudge. There is one special ingredient I have not mentioned yet; marshmallow fluff. This flavor combination is excellent as a summer substitute for s’mores if you don’t have the fire pit. The marshmallow fluff makes this fudge super creamy and light so you can eat more of them without feeling blah from the rich chocolate.

Can I add flavoring if I want to make them special for the season or holiday?

You can change the flavors by adding different extracts or spices. I like to add peppermint extract during the holidays and cinnamon in the fall. Another really amazing flavoring is adding some coffee. This adds a slight kick on the backend but will not overshadow the chocolate.

Ingredients:

¾ C. Butter unsalted

2 ½ C. Granulated sugar

⅔ C. Evaporated milk

12 oz. Bag semi sweet chocolate chips

7 oz. Marshmallow fluff

1 tsp. Vanilla extract
