Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole is NOT for you lactose intolerance folks because we used FOUR different types of cheese. You read that right! We not only topped the dish with cheese BUT added it into the pasta for the creamiest spaghetti you have ever tasted in your life. We are that confident in our recipe and once you try it; you won’t want anything else.
Can I use any type of pasta?
No, you can’t use any type of pasta because it will not hold the sauce properly. You should use spaghetti noodles for this dish. Any other type will either overcook and become soggy or undercooked. Pasta noodles are made to hold up to the heaviness of the sauce and the long cook time it takes to create this casserole.
What sides can I serve?
The fan favorites are hearty garlic bread, a side salad with Italian dressing or a Ceasar salad, breadsticks, steamed vegetables for a healthier balance, and for the adult’s outs there; a big glass of white or red wine.
