The summer is here, and you can feel the heat. It’s time to enjoy the sun and all the great food that goes along with it!

This recipe is perfect for summer daylight, refreshing, and full of flavor. The cucumbers are marinated in olive oil, basil, and vinegar. This gives them a tangy flavor that is perfect for pairing with tomatoes and onions. I also like adding fresh herbs like parsley or mint to give it extra flavor!

If you’re looking for a healthy dish that’s easy to make ahead of time, this might be just what you’re looking for!

In this blog, I will discuss the benefits of Marinated Cucumbers, Onions, and Tomatoes. These are not just for salads; you can add them to pasta dishes, sandwiches, and even in your soup. They are also a great way to get a quick side dish for dinner.

What can I add these three ingredients to if I don’t want to use them just for a salad?

Marinated Cucumbers, Onions, and Tomatoes are a wonderful marriage of simple flavors to create an outstanding taste. These three ingredients make for a delicious addition to pasta dishes. You can serve with white or red sauce, protein or not, and any pasta you like. The tastiest and most straightforward way to combine these ingredients is in a cold pasta salad. Not only is it easy, but it’s super refreshing during the hot summer months. Add into a soup or stew during the cold months to enhance the broth flavoring. Even add on top of a chicken sandwich! You can even go vegan with your sandwich and enjoy the simplicity of fresh vegetables. If you don’t have anything in mind, Marinated Cucumbers, Onions, and Tomatoes are great to have on hand for any last-minute inspiration for trying something different.
