Ingredients:
8 oz. Lean Beef (Ground)
8 oz. Spaghetti Noodles
1 Stalk Celery (Chopped)
¼ cup Matchstick Carrots
½ tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
½ tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Garlic (Minced)
¼ cup Red Onion (Sliced Thin)
Sauce:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. Rice Cooking Wine
Instructions:
Step 1. Boil the noodles in water until cooked through, and then drain well.
Step 2. While the noodles are cooking, brown the ground beef completely, and pour off any excess fat.
Step 3. Add the salt, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, carrots, celery, and onion in the skillet with the ground beef, and saute until the vegetables become tender.

Step 4. Mix in the spaghetti until well combined.
Step 5. Stir together the 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp rice cooking wine and 1 tsp Sesame oil in a bowl.
Step 6. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the skillet, and toss to combine before serving.
