1 Jar Dill Pickle Chips
1 Large Egg
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
½ cup Chicken Broth
Salt And Pepper To Taste

Step 1. In a bowl, mix together the egg, flour, chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste until smooth. The mixture should resemble a thick pancake batter. If it is too thick, add in some more chicken broth. If it is too thin, add in additional flour.

Step 2. Heat a few inches of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove until the temperature reaches 350 degrees.
Step 3. Dip the pickle slices into the batter, and then place into the heated oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes evenly on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4. Drain on a paper towel lined plate and then serve.
