Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 3 hours | Total Time: 3 hours 20 minutes | Makes: 4 servings

What you need to make this Envelope Roast:

3 lb. Chuck Roast

1 pkg Dry Italian Seasoning Mix

1 pkg Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix

1 pkg Dry Brown Gravy Mix

1 cup Water

Salt And Pepper

How to make this Envelope Roast:

Step 1. Season roast with salt and pepper.

Step 2. Put roast in a crockpot.

Step 3. Add the 3 packages of mixes in a small bowl.

Step 4. Pour in 1 cup of water.

Step 5. Use a whisk to mix all of the ingredients together in the bowl.

Step 6. Pour over the top of the roast.

Step 7. Set the crockpot on high. Cook for 4 hours.

Step 8. Continue to base the roast with the seasonings.

Optional:

Step 1. Add baby potatoes, whole baby carrots, and chopped onions to the crockpot.

Step 2. Check to make sure that the vegetables are fully cooked before serving.

    I make this all the time. I also add a packet of the garlic dressing and I add chopped fresh garlic. It is the best!!!
