1 lb. (93% Lean) Ground Beef
2 Large Eggs (Beaten W/ ½ Cup Whole Milk)
½ cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 Small Yellow Onion (Minced)
1 tsp Garlic (Minced)
½ tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
Black Pepper To Taste
¼ cup Fresh Basil (Minced)
Directions:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Add all ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 3. Mix the ingredients with your hands.
Step 4. Form the ingredients in one-inch meatballs.
Step 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 6. Set aside for several minutes to cool.
